For the March 2023 issue, I was assigned by Condé Nast Traveller to travel across Vietnam via local train, eating my way through Banh Xeo breakfasts in Hoi An, gawping at the sprawling private coastline of Zannier Hotels Bai San Ho and hopping between the private villas of Anantara Resorts. It was my first time in Vietnam and I loved it just as much as I knew I would.
