• Growth Strategy: Develop lead magnets, landing pages and Facebook advertising campaigns to drive audience growth.

• Analytics & Optimisation: Monitor and analyse performance metrics across platforms to improve engagement and reach.

Who you are:

• Japan Enthusiast: You have visited Japan or possess a strong interest in Japanese culture.

• Creator: You have a proven track record with your own blog/newsletter or published articles, plus experience growing social media accounts (especially Instagram).

• Profile Building: Take ownership of building Views from Japan's profile through strategic partnerships, award submissions, and press coverage.

• Partnership Development & Growth: Manage targeted communications to secure valuable partnerships with both warm and cold audiences, including stockists.

• Administration: Ensure smooth operation of all supporting administrative tasks.
